Full Lease

Our "full lease" option give riders the opportunity to be the sole rider and caretaker of the horse of their choice, without purchasing the horse.

However, the horse still belongs to Silver Horseshoe Stable and the rider must follow Silver Horseshoe’s rules and cannot take the horse off the property for any reason with the exception of trail rides to Eisenhower Park.

Must take at least  1 lesson a week.

$650/ Month 

Full Lease option only available with intent to purchase horse.

Half Lease

The "half lease" option allows the rider to come to the barn any day of the week and ride the horse as they please.

The rider must follow Silver Horseshoe rules.

The horse is still used in the lesson program.

Must take at least  1 lesson a week.
